At Saudafy, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines how cancellations work.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them, provided the restaurant/store has not started preparing or packing the order.
Once the order is accepted and preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued as Saudafy Wallet Credit or to the original payment method.
Saudafy reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as:
Item unavailability
Delivery partner unavailability
Technical issues or incorrect pricing
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
Wallet refunds: Instant or within 24 hours.
Bank refunds: 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
