Cancellation Policy

At Saudafy, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines how cancellations work.

1. Customer Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them, provided the restaurant/store has not started preparing or packing the order.

  • Once the order is accepted and preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

  • If cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued as Saudafy Wallet Credit or to the original payment method.

2. Saudafy Cancellations

  • Saudafy reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as:

    • Item unavailability

    • Delivery partner unavailability

    • Technical issues or incorrect pricing

  • In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Wallet refunds: Instant or within 24 hours.

  • Bank refunds: 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
